It will look like any other credit card but it will also do some very important things for you, including:• It will increase your “High Credit Limit” by $2,000 overnight because this account looks like any typical unsecured revolving account.• If you continue to carry a small outstanding balance, you will positively impact your credit report. This is because you are building your credit worthiness, which is something that potential lenders will be able to see.• By keeping up a good payment history on this account you are almost guaranteed to be able to receive “legitimate” pre-approved credit card offers in the future. This is because other lenders will now be able to see your name and information at the credit bureaus.
